Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered for cancelled rides or incorrect charges.
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the ride.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Service delays due to traffic or weather conditions
- Customer no-shows or change of mind
